This water-decaffeinated coffee from Colombia is light, sweet, and refreshing. The aroma is nutty and sweet--almonds and hazelnuts, caramel and toffee, along with kettle corn and an earthy hint of peat. The body is smooth and very full, well complimented by a creamy acidity. The flavors too are sweet and nutty, milk chocolate, brown sugar, graham crackers, and malt powder. The finish is nutty vanilla.
| About This Coffee |
100% water processed! We find this is both one of the most ecologically sound decaffeination methods out there, but it also leaves the least residual flavor behind and maintains the vibrancy the coffee exhibited to begin with. In this case we are left with a classic light roast on this decafeinated coffee. |
