Our Red Wine biscuits are made with Red Wine and fresh cracked black pepper. They have a short biscuit texture with a subtle sweetness and pinch of salt. They are an ideal compliment to a glass of wine while also completely at home on a cheese board. They pair particularly well with aged Cheddar, but they are also excellent with brie, or even a caramelly aged gouda. They strike such a nice balance of flavors that they also pair well with cocktails, and of course, they are completely delicious all on their own.
