This 100% Organic coffee comes from the ASOBAGRI Coop (Asociación Barillense de Agricultores) located in Santa Cruz Barillas, Huehuetenango, Guatemala.
The coffee is a blend of Catimos, Catui, Tipica, Villalobos, and Bourbon varietals. The coffee is grown under the shade of guava, plantain, and banana trees, in a mineral rich volcanic clay soil. It is a fully washed coffee that is dried on raised beds.
