The Ithaca Is Gorges Blend is a coffee dedicated to Ithaca. Our abundant natural beauty and of course the plethora gorges and waterfalls throughout our community.
This blend is relatively mild while at the same time highlighting the exotic allure of the individual component origin coffees. It has an inherent sweetness, together with a strong presence of rich cocoa. The acidity is rather subdued, but this gives the body a fuller, creamy quality. There is a black walnut earthiness that adds quite a bit to the complexity. The coffee finishes clean, laden with the flavors of cocoa, and vanilla.
